The pool Terrace of this villa is truly superb , it enjoys a sunbathing terrace and its pool meas 9.5mx 8m which has an integrated Jacuzzi and ample patio furniture is provided . A deposit of 30% of the accommodation price is required.The balance of your holiday price must be paid at least ten weeks before arrival date.Cheques can only be accepted if received more than ten weeks before arrival date.If you fail to pay in full ten weeks before arrival date your holiday will be cancelled. If you book within ten weeks prior to arrival date this will be classed as a late booking and we must receive full payment by bank draft before we can confirm your booking.Customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurances against personal injury, damage, theft, cancellation, delay, etc.All payments are non-refundable.
